Once your Will is complete, you may wish to take advantage of our storage system where we will ensure that your Will is stored securely until such time as you or your executors require it.  If you wish to utilise this service, there is a small fee of £15.00.

How long will this take

On average, the time taken between your initial meeting and final meeting when your Will is to be signed is around 2 – 3 weeks.

If you opt for our Retirement Package, the time to complete your matter will be slightly longer.  This is on the basis that compulsory registration of your Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian take on average 8 – 12 weeks to complete.
