It is with a heavy heart that we have to say that we are closing our Pontyclun branch.  This is where it all started for us and we are really sad to leave our friends, colleagues and the business community.    But rest assured, we are not going far and we are still dedicated to the community of Pontyclun and it’s neighbouring villages, it’s just we are now a bit further down the road….

The Pandemic, as it has with others, has changed the way we do business.  We’ve always been quite tech savvy at Full Stop Law but now, we are not only serving the local community, we are dealing with national cases throughout the UK.   This means that to ensure that all staff have good training and we can manage lone working, when we offer home visits, it makes sense for us to be under one roof……

As many will know, we have an office building in Upper Boat Pontypridd, just down the bypass with parking, no stairs to climb and modern facilities.  In Pontyclun we had no heating and we could not see some of our clients there, as they had to climb stairs.  We are committed to providing a first class service to our older clients and therefore, it makes sense to be located in a building that allows all clients to access legal advice.

Our managing director, Victoria Cannon has said …….. “we are so sad to leave Pontyclun, we have been treated as one of the family since 2010 and we hope that through our work in the community, that Pontyclun residents will remember us not just as solicitors, but solicitors who gave something back to the community.   We will continue to provide a service to any clients who need us in the area and continue to offer home visits to clients who cant get to us.   I wish to say a huge thank you to all who have supported us, from Cafe 50, the Community Shop, and the councillors of Pontyclun, to the Athletic Club and the businesses in the community and of course the residents.  We will certainly miss seeing you daily, but we are here if you need us.  Times have changed and to provide a modern legal service, we need to change with it, but we will never forget those who have supported our small business and kept us going…Diolch”.

We are very much continuing with our operation so those who have wills with us, or work we are completing, you have nothing to worry about, we are a stone’s throw away in Upper Boat.
